At the end of this period, if we have not received any communication regarding the return, we do not accept any changes, exchanges or returns. Return shipping costs will always be borne by the buyer. The customer must send the product in its original packaging – both in perfect condition – to the following address:

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
The product and/or packaging is in poor condition.
The product is not complete, accessories are missing or manipulated and/or broken.
Missing accessories or instructions or any other documentation.
The pre-established deadline was not met.
Does not send proof of purchase or delivery notification.
