Shipping policy

Delivery of orders is carried out through the company CTT Correios or DHL for international deliveries, at the address indicated by the customer. 

Some products may have a particular delivery time. To know the considered delivery times, please consult your file. 

In the case of shipments to countries other than Portugal or outside the European Union, the cost of transport will vary depending on the country and will depend on factors such as: the destination, characteristics of the purchased object, etc… but they will always be detailed in the shopping basket, before to finalize the order. 

The exact cost of shipping will always be indicated at the time of purchase, and may be free for special promotions - if so determined. 

Once the product leaves our store (shipping cannot always be carried out on the same day the order is placed), the estimated delivery time will be 48/72 working days - except for orders whose delivery will be made in distant cities urban areas or areas with difficult access. In this case, the delivery period may exceed 72 working hours. 

The delivery time for the Islands and internationally is approximately 8 working days as long as the product is in stock and once it has left our warehouses. 

In any case, you will be able to follow up on the order status using the code sent by email. 

If, at the time of delivery, no one is present at the indicated address, the transport company will leave a notification to schedule a new delivery. You must contact the transport agency and agree on a new day. 

If, upon delivery of your order, it is clearly and visibly noted that a product has damage caused by transport, or there is an error regarding the goods received, the customer must indicate this in the delivery notification and communicate it within a maximum period of 72 hours to Lumi Estética (info@lumiestetica.com or tel +351 919038786). Thus, you may request the return of the affected product(s) and replace it(s) with another(s) in optimal condition, or make the corresponding refund - according to the option which will be communicated to us. 

Even so, you should bear in mind that once the order has been invoiced, any changes to the address or any other aspect of the order will be subject to an additional cost by the transport agency, unrelated to Lumi Estética. 

If the order is refused for any reason beyond Lumi Estética's control, transport and handling costs will not be refundable under any circumstances.
